Run 4 Peace for HomeStart - Rescheduled!

The Unity Center of Peace is hosting the 3rd annual Run 4 Peace to benefit IFC's HomeStart shelter for women and families.

The family-friendly run/walk has been rescheduled for October 6, due to Hurricane Florence.  You can still register!

Come out and have some fun at our chip-timed, 3rd Annual Run 4 Peace! We will have Refreshments, Live Music, and Prize Drawings for all participants (prizes include great merch from Fleet Feet Sports, Bull City Running, Planet Fitness and Orange Theory Fitness, plus yoga passes to Carrboro Yoga Company and a one-year, black card membership to Planet Fitness). In addition, Ultimate Sports Massage Therapy will be onsite to offer Complementary Sports Massages! 

This run/walk takes place on the Pumpkin Loop, part of the Carolina North Forest. Proceeds from the event help to support HomeStart, a homeless shelter for women and children in Orange County. Jogging strollers are welcome, but please keep pets at home for this race. Thanks!
