House Us Now! March

Saturday, August 28, 2021, IFC residents, staff, board members, and volunteers marched in Chapel Hill to energize the movement for affordable housing for people living at or below 30% AMI (Area Median Income).

>>> Listen to Katina (IFC staff member) who made insightful and courageous comments about her own lived experience in front of a crowd of about 200, in this six-minute video.

Thanks to everyone who showed up or otherwise supported the effort! LOVE Chapel Hill provided transportation to the rally, and live music was provided by Chapel Hill's Finest and food by Gametime Hot Dogs. It was a fantastic showing of community support! Our work continues ... Somebody say, House Us Now!!!
