How It Works

Community Navigation provides direct access and referrals to community resources at no charge: a medical clinic, phones, Internet, showers, lockers, blankets, a mailing address, clothing vouchers, and more. Staff and volunteers help members obtain government identification and connect to employment, housing, medical, and other complex services. Community members can walk in at the hours below and speak to the receptionist to get connected, or call the general info phone number below with questions.
